The Syrah variety is characterized by its strong personality, its aroma with notes of wild fruits and violets, and its intense and deep color.
A wine produced from the Syrah variety generates a red wine that is distinguished by its ruby tones, which in the mouth reveals a wine of robust and structured flavor, which combines perfectly with cured cheese and red and spicy meat.

Our Syrah wine has a very personalized sensory profile. Good aromatic variation of the grape variety. Very velvety note with fine acidity and balanced structure.
Tasting Notes
With Syrah grapes we produce a deep ruby-colored wine, with an aroma of ripe red fruit with expressions of currant, blackberry jam and complex nuances of cassis. The taste is round and soft, vast with good balance of tannins and a structure, characteristics of the grape variety. Reveals creased character with a long and persistent aftertaste.
