DOC – What is it and what is it for? Let’s go by parts, to understand the whole. DOC, acronym for Controlled Denomination of Origin, is a certification system for products of Portuguese agricultural origin. A seal of quality that defines not only a geographically delimited region of origin, but also a set of rules
